Here for you. How can I help?
Your vision realized. Your strategy executed. Your goals achieved.
Partnering with 112 Advising provides the tools, development, and support for your vision and strategy to become reality! Develop high-performing teams or work one-on-one with an advisor - 112 Advising is your partner in growth, problem solving, and solution implementation for organizational development, leadership, and strategy.

9 out of 10 leaders rely on strategic advisors and outside help. Turning to an outside source provides cutting-edge ideas and goal-setting support. Whether it's discussing strategy, mindfully preparing for your next level of leadership, or planning your exit from your business, a partner can support your goal attainment. The 1:1 meetings keep you on track and allow you to explore options. You have the answers, we provide the feedback, questions, and space to discover them.

Training your leaders creates a strategic advantage. After all, your people are your ultimate advantage. Developing leaders with critical thinking and leadership skills builds excellence in your organization. This clarity accelerates a team into action. In facilitated discussions, we work with your goals, your topics, your words. Facilitated discussions free the leader to join the conversation and ensures all voices provide input.

Begin with the end in mind - great advice, difficult to do! Planning for succession of your business, training a successor, or determining where to begin an exit strategy is difficult. Whether you are looking for a first step in preparing for exit or looking for a point person to walk with you through the process, a trusted advisor is critical. We will work together to determine what best serves your exit needs, prepare a plan customized for you, and work with you to execute with as much or as little support as you would like.

A four-year peer-based leadership journey to explore, map, and implement what succession, sustained organizational success, and legacy look like in each leader’s unique context. A cohort of 6-12 for-profit/non-profit leaders journey together and commit to:
-
Convening virtually one morning each month
-
Meeting 1-on-1 monthly with an Executive Advisor
-
Gathering quarterly for a 1.5-day retreat to learn, explore, map, and model.
